When you fill out and improve user personal information for your account, we need to collect and use your profile picture, nickname, personal signature, gender, birthday, and address to facilitate your viewing and maintenance of personal information in the Fangxiaoyin App. If you do not fill in the above information, it does not affect your use of other basic functions of the Fangxiaoyin App.
4. Search and browse
When you use the search function, we will automatically collect and use the keyword information, website information, and search records you enter. In order to provide efficient search services, some of the aforementioned information will be temporarily stored on your local device and the search history can be displayed to you.
When you use the browsing function, we will automatically collect your device information and log information to ensure better recommendation and display of content for you. The aforementioned device information includes your device model, operating system version, Android ID, and device MAC address; The log information includes your software version number, IP address, date and time of access, and browsing history.
5. Content printing

11、 Jurisdiction and Legal Application
The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland region of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws).
If there is any dispute or controversy between you and this website, you should first resolve it through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute and/or dispute to the People's Court with jurisdiction in Ninghai County, Ningbo City, People's Republic of China for resolution through litigation.
